EightEleven Hydrovac
From invisible online to a trusted contractor in search results.
The Challenge
EightEleven was doing solid work in excavation and hydrovac services across Phoenix — but had zero digital presence. No brand. No content. No way for potential clients to find them or request quotes. Their GoDaddy placeholder site did more harm than good. With competition heating up, they needed a fast, clean, and effective web strategy to stay in the game.
My Insights
I handled everything end-to-end — brand design, copywriting, SEO, layout, and Webflow development. The goal: launch a real website that builds trust, drives leads, and doesn’t get in the way. The strategy focuysed on designing a clean, mobile–layout, optimizing pages for local SEO, making it easy for contractors and site managers to understand services and request a quote, and creating a visual identity and copy tone that felt confident, capable, and no–BS.

Reflection
This wasn’t about aesthetics — it was about trust. Most small service businesses don’t need fancy; they need function. By pairing no-nonsense messaging with clean UX and SEO fundamentals, we turned their empty domain into a working sales tool. Next time? I’d push harder to get client testimonials or project footage early to build in social proof from launch.
